WIFE-gone crazy!

Well this is Kylers 6 mo. picture-taken about 3 weeks ago-I'm a little slow about posting lately! He weighed 14 lbs and I don't remember how long he was at his 6 mo. appointment.
Well things have been crazy-as always. We were in the valley a couple of weeks ago and we're getting ready to again.
LIFE:
We went to Walmart a couple of Saturday's ago, I had Kira and Kyler while Cooper was working with his Daddy. Reggie and Cooper showed up to help finish up (I didn't have enough room in the cart-a baby in a carseat and a squirmy little girl who wants to climb out doesn't leave much room for diapers, baby food and all the other stuff) I was a little out of control all morning so when we're checking out and the Cashier says to my children "You need to sit down ok" My childrens reply -nothing! Again the cashier says "You need to sit down - store policy" My kids still don't care and continue whinning at me and standing there becase they wanted out. Well the lady tells them again(never once to me -only to the kids) "You need to sit down or get out of the cart, I'm sorry." OH MY GOSH- I am getting upset thinking about it. I grabbed my kids ( making a small scene) and said "Did you hear the lady-she said you could get out!" I put them both down and said loudly-"I hope you don't get lost!!" I think she realized I was a little upset because she started talking really nice after that. Well Reggie grabbed the kids and put them right back in the cart-not caring a single bit what this lady said. (just for the record-I realize she was just doing her job and I probably shouldn't have been so bratty-but to a mother of small children-I was ON ONE!) Please don't tell MY children they need to out-especially when I said NO you can't get out! Well now comes me being me-emotional as always! I had forgotten about the dogfood on the bottom of the cart and the pants Reggie needed so I thought my cash was enough-but it wasn't I was so embarrassed when the lady told me the total and I was about $20 short! We are trying out a budget-it really stinks! I couldn't help it -the tears started to come-I was embarrassed and upset. I gave a couple things back to the lady - then she started talking REALLY NICE! We made it back out to the truck and I wanted to explode yet all I could do was let the tears fall.

OK-this is where you see what a terrible wife I am. My sweet husband spent the weekend cleaning the house and all I did was get upset. I appreciated it but when he cleans the house it makes me feel like a terrible wife for not having it done already. He will do laundry all the time-and everytime I just grit my teeth and think-'well if I had done that already he wouldn't have to.'

On a good note my family is great-and last week was a blast-making bows with the girls. And Our kids went to bed so early Thursday night we made it our date night and I made Reggie watch The Holiday with me. Then Friday as a bonus I babysat for someone who then had her daughter babysit so we could go to our Stake Valentines party. It was awesome. $10 a couple to get on board the cruise ship-they decorated the church like a cruise ship-they even took pics to email to us. Well the food was delicious, the entertainment was great, and the dancing (always my favorite part) was a blast with my sweet hubby! I can't believe we had 2 dates in two night-that's enough to last us 2 years!-j/k but pretty close!
Anywho-I hope everyone had a great heart-filled Valentines Day!
I'll hopefully post some pics pretty soon!

Sunday after church

Our Christmas

Almost 2 weeks later and I feel like I am still trying to recover from this Christmas season. I loved spending Christmas with the little ones-they make everything so bright.
We had a good Christmas at home & went to Pima the day after. It was a very short trip and parents were really busy but I was glad I got to see them-and as much as I love them - I really wanted to see my cousin Sara and my Aunt Cindy and her family(The two people I speak of are on different sides of the family). It was so much fun to visit with everyone. My parents ended up with a new dining room set that weekend and it must have been fate because we went to Pima with an empty truck(that never happens-Reggie ALWAYS brings his quad) and so we got my parents table. Ok so the table is older than me-it is still in way better condition than our wobbly table that was donated to the thrift store last week. We only had room for 4 chairs-so our next trip will be for the other two chairs and the two leafs.
My FAVORITE Christmas tradition is that we wait to open our stockings until Christmas night-it is very fun to have something to still look forward to after all the opening of gifts is over in the morning.

Reggie got me a sewing machine-actually I got it for myself from Reggie. It's not exactly the one I wanted but it wasn't very expensive and I am excited - although my first attempt at using it was pretty amusing :)

Kira loves loves loves this little stroller

We had this bike given to us almost a year ago so for Christmas we decided to put pedals and training wheels on it for Coop. It will be fun once the mud clears up so we can practice outside.
Our kids got tons of stuff and were way too spoiled but it was fun!

What does mother do to keep busy?

We have had quite the last day, week, month, several months! I thought life was busy before kids then there was one, then two, now three.
Late Congrats to Brendan & Katie who had a baby a couple of weeks ago. Little Carsten sure look like a cutie, I can't wait to meet him. The plan was to go the weekend after he was born-but Kira got croup-what a nightmare-especially with Reggie gone hunting. But we got through it. Cooper completely lost his voice two weekends ago all the while Reggie, his dad and a guy from work were working on our air ducts. Kira's room gets no heat-so she has/had a space heater in her room and our bathroom was always freezing - but not anymore-thanks to the Christmas present from Reggie's Dad, we can now start our fires with the intent to heat our whole house-no more space heaters!
The Pictures began like this...wild!
And got wilder...

and wilder!
Doesn't Reggie look excited to be taking pictures=)
It's a miracle - we took 40 pics and got 1 good one!
Kira doesn't have her hand in her mouth and everybody is smiling.
Thank you camera & tripod for taking our pictures-whew!
Cooper was sad that Santa didn't give him the truck he asked for-I had to explain that it was coming on Christmas-this is just when we tell Santa what we want. He was cool with that.
Poor Kira-her mommy was busy taking pictures that the camera died when it was time to sit on Santas lap-my camera gave no warning-just died. She wouldn't sit on his lap but somebody did talk her into sitting next to Santa so Mommy could get a picture only to have mommy so mad at herself for not having more batteries-ok-breathe.
Kyler had his first bite of little big boy food last two Fridays ago.
oooohh gross Mommy!
Concentrate-bring the spoon to the mouth.
It's not that bad.
Oh yeah, I like this stuff!
Kyler in a box-what a wonderful Christmas present!

Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas!

Lookin pretty for the camera.

Say cheese!

Good job! One more time! Man it's easier to get my kids to smile than my hubby=)

Hey there cutie pie. Chillin' on his cowboy blanket made by his Aunt Katie. His Aunt Katie adn Aunt Marie have quite the talent with sewing-one day I sure hope to learn some of their tricks.

Cooper had his 1st visit to the Dentist in November and my cousin Pat is our Dentist in Show Low. We had quite the dental month. On Halloween I got my wisdom teeth pulled-holy cow! Then Cooper had his appointment and that same day just a couple weeks after getting my wisdom teeth pulled I go my first ever cavities filled-TWO CAVITIES-but it wasn't too bad. Just glad that's over with. I thought Cooper would be terrified but the Hygienist(spelling?) was amazing, and he loved her!

You see the white corner where somebody already painted-yeah it wasn't white for long once Kira got to it. I knew that would happen-Reggie didn't so much plan on it.

Isn't this adorable!

Reggie did the top and I did the bottom-with Coopers help of course.

Playing dress up and looking at pictures
I knew they were being too quiet. I round the corner to the kitchen and this shredded paper was everywhere!! The bad in Coopers hand should be full but instead is all over my kitchen and the mud room. Reggie brought them home from work for a good fire starter. I actually had to try not to laugh when I saw this mess - I mean who can blame them-doesn't that look like it would be fun! They were very good at cleaning it up.

We let Cooper use the clippers a little bit with his last haircut-he hates haircuts-so it was a little incentive.
I am very excited about Christmas and to see what Santa will bring my kids-it's all very exciting. This is by far my busiest Christmas season ever-but I'm keeping the holiday cheer!
Well I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas-it's almost 1am and I still have much to do before bed-goodnight.
MERRY CHRISTMAS
