They have the 'cool burst' caplets. I also wonder, since this is worse than normal, could he have little bit of a respiratory infection? Even a mild one is horrible for a person with allergies. Snowflake is a very hard place to live if you have allergies! Wind and cedars.....ugh! I had a bad sinus infection once when a friend of mine was staying with me, she took care of me and put a wet washcloth in the microwave, got it very hot, put it in a plastic bag, and I put it on my face on the areas it hurt. That was pretty instant relief! Also, breathing steam is a big help to me. Good good luck!
